NOTE: Even though it may state "Out of Stock" the thread

 color is available for Long Arm Quilting Services.

(If NO thread color is selected, the thread color will be selected at the 

discretion of the longarm quilter)

Step 4: Select Batting and indicate Name of Batting on the form below

• Quilt top should be clean
• Please press your quilt top and backing thoroughly
• Trim all loose thread
• Check that all seams are secure
• Please have all embellishments removed
• Your quilt top MUST lay flat. If there are any waves, you may have puckers or your quilt may not be square after quilting
• Do not pin quilt top, batting, and backing - they will be loaded onto the machine in separate units
• If you are sending your own backing, please make sure that it is Square and 4" larger on ALL four sides (Example: if your top is 70x70, then your backing needs to be at least 78x78)
• NOTE: Country View Quilting offers a variety of batting at reasonable pricing. To control the final quality of your completed quilt, we require that you purchase your batting through Country View Quilting.  Please indicate the type of batting that you prefer.   The cost of the batting used on your quilt will be reflected in the final invoice.   Unfortunately, due to poor quality of batting being sent with quilt tops in the past, we no longer accept packaged batting.    We carry Hobbs, Quilter's Dream, Legacy.    Cotton, Bamboo, Silk, Wool, polyester, Blends - 80/20 ~ 70/30 ~ cotton/bamboo,  Black in Hobbs 80/20 & Black Quilters Dream.
• If your quilt is directional, please indicate the top of your quilt by attaching a safety pin to the top center. 
• Please place your quilt backing in a sealed plastic bag during shipping. This is to ensure that it is waterproof. Upon our receiving your quilt, it will be lightly pressed if needed to remove wrinkles during shipping. 
• Please PRINT the order form and ship it with your quilt!

• Please enter the name of the pattern and the color of thread you've selected for quilting
• Patterns -  Want a pattern that is not on our pattern page -  Please call as we have over 10,000 edge to edge/panto patterns available in our library.   We are happy to send you images of some that will work for you.     402-649-8103 
• NOTE: top and bottom bobbin will be the same color thread. All colors are available for quilting services even though it may indicate 'out of stock' - this is referring to cones sold through the on-line shop
• Should you prefer Variegated thread, indicate the thread color name 
• Please enter the type of batting and backing fabric that you have selected from your shopping cart
• Please fill out all fields and Submit your form
• You will receive an email confirmation. Print your form and send it with your quilt top. This is to ensure that the correct order is with the proper quilt top.
